NDMC Launches Online Civic Services and Toilet Monitoring Initiative
The New Delhi Municipal Council, or NDMC, has started new online services for residents.
People can apply online to register births and deaths and make some changes to certificates.
Pet owners can register their animals and book visits or vaccination appointments online.
The portal can also provide reminders and digital pet health records.
The veterinary hospital in Moti Bagh will be the first to offer these services online.
NDMC also assigned 346 public toilets to council members and senior officers to monitor.
They will check that the toilets are clean and have water and supplies.
