In Visakhapatnam, the government was planning to close two sugar factories, one in Etikoppaka and one in Tandava.

A political group called YSRCP said 'No, please don't close them.'

The group thinks the real reason for closing the factories is to take their land and use it for money-making projects like buildings or houses.

YSRCP says the government promised during elections to make the factories better, but now it is doing the opposite.

These factories are important because farmers grow sugarcane, and the factories turn the sugarcane into sugar.

If the factories close, the farmers could lose the way they earn a living.

YSRCP asked the government to take back its order that lets the land be handed to another agency called APIIC.

They also asked the government to give money to fix and restart the factories.

So for now, the YSRCP is asking the government to change its mind and save the factories.
