GIA to Begin Jewellery Certification in August

Starting in August, they'll start checking gold and jewelry to make sure it's real and tell you all about the sparkly parts and the metal.
This helps people who buy jewelry, especially if they're selling it to other countries.
GIA tested this idea first, and now they're making it official.
They will provide details on the items they are grading, including the type of metal, the quality of the gemstones, and if there are any special marks on the jewelry.
The person in charge of GIA is also changing.
