Shinde Attacks Uddhav Ahead of BMC Polls
In Mumbai, political leaders are preparing for city elections.
Eknath Shinde, who is a leader in the government, made some strong comments about Uddhav Thackeray, who leads a different group within the same party.
Shinde used words from a movie to say that Thackeray's group has taken things that belong to the city and the party.
He also praised his own alliance for doing good things, like adding lessons about a famous historical figure to school books.
Thackeray's group wants to run alone in the elections, but Shinde's group is working together with other parties.
The elections will decide who gets to make important decisions for the city.
Eknath Shinde attacked Uddhav Thackeray ahead of the BMC elections, using sarcasm and references to a movie.
Shinde accused Thackeray's faction of betraying the Hindutva ideology and robbing the Mumbai treasury.
The Mahayuti alliance, comprising the BJP, Shiv Sena, and NCP, is preparing a joint strategy for the elections.
Shinde praised the Mahayuti government's initiatives, including adding a chapter on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj to the CBSE curriculum.
Thackeray's faction, Shiv Sena-UBT, is considering contesting the BMC elections independently.
