Thackeray Cousins Unite for BMC Polls
Uddhav Thackeray and Raj Thackeray, who are cousins and leaders of different political parties, announced that they will work together in the upcoming elections.
This is a big deal because they haven't worked together in a long time.
They announced this on December 24 at 12 PM.
They plan to contest together in six big cities, including Mumbai and Pune.
This could change the political situation in Maharashtra because it might bring many Marathi voters together.
The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) is also talking about how they might contest the elections alone if they are not included in the seat-sharing talks.
