Why Water Testing Should Come Before Buying A Purifier

Why Water Testing Should Come Before Buying A Purifier

A water purifier should be chosen based on what is actually wrong with the water.

A TDS meter gives one useful clue, but it does not identify every dissolved substance.

It also cannot show whether bacteria or viruses are present.

High TDS may mean that RO is useful, but testing can provide a clearer answer.

Bad taste does not always mean that RO is needed.

Carbon filters may help with chlorine and some smells.

Borewell water can be different from one home to another.

RO, UV, UF and carbon filters each do different jobs.

The best purifier is the one that solves the specific problem in your water.
