Karnataka BJP Criticizes CM for Promoting Kerala's Wayanad

Imagine a state's tourism company that is supposed to show people the cool places in its own state.

But this company, owned by Karnataka, posted on social media telling people to visit a place in a different state called Wayanad.

Wayanad is where a big leader from the ruling party has her home.

The opposition party in Karnataka is very upset about this.

They say the Chief Minister is spending money and attention on Wayanad to make the party bosses in Delhi happy, instead of helping people in Karnataka who have problems, like farmers whose crops were ruined by floods.

They feel the Chief Minister is more interested in helping the leader's area than his own state and calls it 'appeasement'.

The tourism minister said he will look into why this happened.
