MP Govt Distributes Tablets to Ministers for E-Governance
The government of Madhya Pradesh gave tablets to all its ministers to help with e-governance.
This means they will use these tablets to access important information about cabinet meetings without needing paper.
The chief minister, Mohan Yadav, said this new system is modern, secure, and can be used anytime.
It will help them see the agenda for meetings and check reports from past meetings.
The government has also digitized all cabinet decisions since 1960, so everything is available online.
This change will save time and reduce the use of paper.
At first, the meeting agenda will be sent both physically and digitally, but later, it will be only digital.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav distributed tablets to all 31 cabinet ministers to promote e-governance.
The e-Cabinet application allows ministers to access cabinet agendas and compliance reports securely and paperlessly.
The system is designed to save time, reduce paper usage, and increase transparency.
Cabinet decisions since 1960 have been digitized, making them accessible with a single click.
Initially, the cabinet meeting agenda will be sent in both physical and digital formats, transitioning to fully digital later.
