J&K Lt Governor Appoints Widow, Reopens Tourist Spots
After a sad event, the government is trying to help the family.
The Lt Governor used special powers to give a job to the wife of Adil Shah, who died protecting others.
He didn't work for the government but was a civilian who risked his life during the attack.
The opening of tourist spots in Pahalgam will begin again, but the government is checking if it's safe first.
Lt Governor Manoj Sinha appointed Gulnaz Akhter, widow of Adil Shah, to a government job.
Shah was killed in the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, and was trying to protect tourists.
