Top Talent to Get Work From Home in 2026
The CEO of the world’s largest hiring firm says that by 2026, only the top talent will get to work from home.
This is because companies are making it so that only the most valuable employees get this benefit.
A report from earlier this year by Korn Ferry also said that in 2025, people will be divided into those who can work from home and those who can’t, not based on money, but based on how talented they are and how much the company wants them.
So, if you’re really good at your job, you might get to work from home, but if you’re not, you might have to go to the office every day.
Only top talent will likely get work-from-home benefits by 2026.
Companies are tightening in-office requirements, making workplace flexibility a benefit mainly for high-value employees.
A 'new hybrid hierarchy' is predicted, where workplace flexibility is available mainly to high-value employees.
The division in 2025 will be based on talent and company demand, not economics.
The prediction was made by Korn Ferry, a consulting firm, and echoed by the CEO of the world’s largest hiring firm.
