Court Revives Lawsuit Against X Over Child Pornography Video
A court is allowing a lawsuit against Elon Musk's X (formerly Twitter) to move forward because of a video with child pornography.
The video showed explicit images of two young boys.
The lawsuit says X was slow to report the video to authorities.
The court said X can be sued for not reporting the video quickly.
However, the court also said X is not responsible for other claims, like knowingly benefitting from sex trafficking or creating features to amplify child pornography.
The case started before Musk bought Twitter.
Federal court revived part of a lawsuit against X (formerly Twitter) regarding a child exploitation video.

X is accused of negligence for not promptly reporting the video to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
