BJP Leader's Father Arrested in Murder Case
A man named Shyamlal Dhakad, who was a leader in the BJP, was killed in his home five months ago.
The police have now caught his father and four other people for doing this bad thing.
They think the father and others did it because they were worried that Shyamlal might give his house and land to a woman he liked, and they didn't want people to talk badly about their family.
The killers used an axe and a knife, and they even paid money to do this.
It all happened in a village in Madhya Pradesh.
Shyamlal Dhakad, a former BJP leader, was murdered in his sleep on July 17 in Hingoriya Bada village, Mandsaur district, Madhya Pradesh.
His father, Daulataram Dhakad, and four others have been arrested for the murder.
The motive was the fear that Shyamlal might transfer his land and house to a woman he was in touch with, and concerns of social stigma.
The accused allegedly paid Rs 5 lakh for the murder.
The killers, Sumit Bachhada and Atlu Bachhada, entered the house through the staircase and attacked Shyamlal with an axe and a knife.
