Pratapgarh Jail Inmates to Sell Amla Products Online and Offline
Inmates at Pratapgarh district jail are making and selling amla products, like candy and juice.
This is part of a government program to help jails create and sell products.
They are opening a store and will also sell online.
The inmates were trained to make these products and have already sold them at a big event.
Amla is known for its health benefits and is used in traditional medicine.
This project aims to provide the inmates with skills and also generate income for the jail.

The initiative is part of the Uttar Pradesh prison department's OJOP scheme.
An outlet outside the jail campus is planned for opening in the first week of June.
