India-China Border Talks Seek Peace Amid Arunachal Tensions

India and China held an important meeting about their disputed border.

Ajit Doval represented India, while Wang Yi represented China.

They talked about keeping the border peaceful and managing the Line of Actual Control.

They also discussed trying to decide where the official boundary should be.

The meeting happened while the two countries still had disagreements in Arunachal Pradesh.

Both countries said they wanted better communication, cooperation, and trust.

Their relationship became much worse after a deadly clash in the Galwan Valley in 2020.

The meeting took place before a planned BRICS summit in New Delhi, and another border meeting was reportedly planned for India in 2027.
