Mixed Rulings in POCSO Cases
Two different cases involving the sexual assault of minor girls were reported.
In the first case, a 54-year-old man who does mehendi and painting was sentenced to life in jail for hurting four little girls.
He gave them sweets to trick them and made videos.
The court said he should stay in jail forever and pay a lot of money as punishment.
The girls will also get money to help them.
In the second case, a 43-year-old man was granted bail because the trial was delayed.
He is accused of hurting an eight-year-old girl by luring her with a toffee.
The court said he could go free on bail because the trial was taking too long and the victim was not appearing in court.

The accused lured the girls with biscuits and chocolates and threatened them to keep silent.
The court fined the accused Rs 1.51 lakh and ordered Rs 2 lakh compensation for each victim.
Evidence included videos of the acts and hair strands of the victims found in the accused's apartment.
