Australian Universities Expand Presence in India
Australian universities are setting up campuses in India to offer advanced education in various fields like business, data science, and IT.
Victoria University has received approval to start classes in Gurugram this August, following Deakin University and the University of Wollongong, which are already operational in Gujarat.
Flinders University is also planning to open a campus in Bengaluru by early 2027.
These campuses aim to provide high-quality education, global exposure, and job opportunities to Indian students.
They also focus on sustainability, with plans to achieve net-zero emissions by 2027.
Scholarships and global mobility programs are available to support students.
