Thangamayil Q1 Profit Down 19% Amidst Gold Sales Drop
Thangamayil Jewellery made less profit in the first quarter because they sold less gold, due to the price of gold going up.
However, they earned more money overall than last year.
They hope to sell more gold if the price goes down or stays the same.

Gold ornament sales volume decreased by 4% to 1,496 kg.
The drop in sales volume is attributed to a rise in gold prices.
