Garuda Aerospace Inaugurates Drone CoE at IIIT Una
Garuda Aerospace and IIIT Una have teamed up to create a new center for drone technology.
This center will teach people about designing and fixing drones, do research using drones, and help new drone companies get started.
They will also teach the local community about drone technology.
The project started with an agreement signed in January, and the aim is to help make India a leader in drone technology.
Garuda Aerospace virtually inaugurated a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Drone Technology at IIIT Una.
The CoE will focus on advanced drone training, collaborative research, and start-up support.
The CoE is a collaborative effort between Garuda Aerospace and IIIT Una.
The MoU between the two parties was signed on January 10th, with work commencing in April.
The CoE aims to contribute to the 'Drone Shakti' mission by the Government of India.
