Funds Announced for Village Development
A senior government adviser named P. Sudarshan Reddy said that the state government will give special money to help villages grow.
He spoke at an event where new village leaders were being honored.
He told the new leaders to work together and tell the government about problems in their villages.
The goal is to make villages better by improving things like roads and buildings, and to do this without letting political differences get in the way.
Meanwhile, a BJP leader named Namburi Ramalingeswara Rao said that the BJP will not be scared by threats from the Congress party.
He said that Congress leaders are trying to scare people by saying they won't get help from the government if they support BJP candidates.
The BJP leader also said that many good things happening in villages are because of the central government's money and policies.
State government adviser P. Sudarshan Reddy announced special funds for the development of gram panchayats.
