The Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) is teaming up with CREDAI Kolkata, a builders' association, to fix it up.

The interior will be rebuilt by an architecture firm, while KMC will watch over the work to ensure everything is done correctly, considering the building's age and heritage status.
