Seagull Books Wins Aficionado Award for Innovation and Collaboration
Seagull Books, a publishing house from Kolkata, India, won the Aficionado Award!
The award is given out by two big book fairs to celebrate companies that come up with new and interesting ideas.
Seagull Books started in 1982 and publishes books about art, theater, and cinema, but they now publish books on many different subjects.
The company also supports the arts in India and runs a school for people interested in publishing.
They are being recognized for all the cool things they do, connecting with authors, artists, and designers.
The award will be presented at a ceremony on October 16th in Germany.

Seagull Books was founded in 1982 and expanded to include world literature in 2005.
