NHRC Investigates Chennai Air Show Deaths; Seeks Report
Imagine a big air show with planes flying around.
Sadly, some people got hurt and some died.
The Human Rights Commission, which looks out for people's rights, is now checking what happened.
They're asking the police chief in Tamil Nadu to explain what went wrong and if anyone was careless.
They want to know why people were hurt and if the police did everything they should have to keep everyone safe.
The police have to send a report to the commission within a month, explaining what they did or plan to do about it.
NHRC is investigating the Chennai air show incident due to allegations of negligence.
The NHRC issued a notice to the Tamil Nadu DGP.
Five people died and over 200 were hospitalized at the air show.
