Mumbai's Nehru Science Centre Hosts AI Prompt Art 2026 Exhibition
There is a special show happening at a science museum in Mumbai, India.
It is called the AI Prompt Art 2026 Exhibition.
The show is all about art made with the help of artificial intelligence, or AI.
People type words, called prompts, and the computer turns those words into pictures.
Many of the pictures are about space, like stars, planets, faraway worlds, and even places people could live in the future.
Some pictures show India's own space missions, including the Chandrayaan trips to the Moon.
Students, teachers, artists, and space fans all helped make the art.
The show opens on August 16 and lasts until August 23.
It is part of National Space Week, a special time for celebrating space exploration.
Visitors can learn that science, technology, and art can work together in fun and exciting ways.
The Nehru Science Centre in Worli, Mumbai, will host the AI Prompt Art 2026 Exhibition from August 16 to 23.
The exhibition is organised as part of National Space Week 2026 in association with the National Centre for Science Communicators (NCSC).
It will showcase how AI can turn prompts into visual creations, with artworks on astronomy, celestial phenomena, India's space missions, futuristic habitats and imagined journeys.
India's journey in space exploration, including the Chandrayaan missions, is a key focus of the show.
The exhibition will be inaugurated at 1 pm on August 16 with Dr Mayank Vahia, former scientist at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), as chief guest.
