Binance Updates VIP Program Criteria
Binance has updated its VIP Program to make it easier for users to qualify for VIP status.
They lowered the amount of money needed to be a VIP 3 member from $3,000,000 to $1,000,000.
They also changed how they count OTC (over-the-counter) trading volume, making it count four times as much towards VIP qualification.
This means users who trade a lot in OTC can now reach higher VIP levels, up to VIP 9.
These changes will help more users get the benefits of being a VIP member, like lower fees, better support, and special invitations.
Binance lowered the VIP 3 Wallet Assets threshold from $3,000,000 to $1,000,000.
OTC Spot Trading Volume now counts at a 4x multiplier towards Spot Trading Volume for VIP qualification.
OTC-related VIP qualification is no longer capped at VIP 4, allowing progression up to VIP 9.
Users who qualify under the new criteria will be automatically upgraded daily at 08:00 UTC.
The updates aim to make VIP status more accessible and recognize users active across both Spot and OTC trading.
