Andhra Pradesh pitches investment opportunities at Mumbai roadshow ahead
Andhra Pradesh held a meeting in Mumbai to attract new investments.
Government officials spoke with companies and business groups.
They explained that the state has land, natural resources, ports and transport connections.
The state wants businesses to invest in many different industries.
These include technology, medicines, textiles, food processing and clean energy.
Minister Kondapalli Srinivas said the government wants to make doing business faster and easier.
The government also wants investors to feel that policies will remain stable.
The meeting encouraged companies to attend a larger conference in Visakhapatnam.
That conference is scheduled for November 12 and 13.
Andhra Pradesh organised an investment promotion roadshow in Mumbai with the Confederation of Indian Industry.
Minister Kondapalli Srinivas highlighted the state’s land, resources, infrastructure, ports and logistics connectivity.
The roadshow presented opportunities in sectors including FinTech, pharmaceuticals, textiles, logistics, data centres and renewable energy.
Srinivas said the government would pursue speed, service and stability to improve the investment climate.
The event launched outreach for the CII Partnership Conference in Visakhapatnam on November 12 and 13.
