Cardiff to Host Euro 2028 Opener, Wembley Gets Semis and Final
The next big European soccer championship, called the Euros, will happen in 2028.
Countries in the United Kingdom and Ireland are getting ready to host it together!
The very first game will be played in Cardiff, Wales.
But the most important games, the semifinals and the final match, will be held at the famous Wembley Stadium in London.
There will be eight cities hosting games in total.
Twenty-four teams will play 51 games over a month.
The plan is that the top teams from groups will move on, and then it will be a knockout style until the winner is decided.
Even though these countries are hosting, they still have to play in qualifying games to earn their spots, but there are some special spots reserved for them.
Millions of tickets will be available for fans to watch the games.
Cardiff's National Stadium of Wales will host the opening game of Euro 2028.

The tournament will feature 24 teams playing 51 matches over 31 days, with a knockout stage from the round of 16 onwards.
