Omni HR Acquires MajuHR, Strengthening HR Tech Position in Asia

Omni HR already provides software for things like payroll and HR tasks across many Asian countries.

MajuHR's software lets employees use chat apps for HR tasks.

This deal helps Omni HR to expand its product capabilities and customer base.

Both companies are based in Singapore.

Omni HR plans to keep improving its services and potentially make more acquisitions in the future to meet the growing demand in Asia's HR tech market.
