Cube Highways InvIT Public Issue Opens
Cube Highways Trust is opening its public issue worth ₹5,000 crore from July 22 to July 24, 2026.
This is not a new listing but a conversion from a private to a public InvIT.
The issue price is between ₹151 and ₹152 per unit, with a minimum investment of ₹14,440.
The Trust owns 27 road assets across India.
Investors are advised to wait for better visibility on distribution yields and portfolio life before investing, as the current valuation and debt levels are relatively high.
The issue is an Offer for Sale, meaning the Trust will not receive any new funds, and investors will be funding the exit of older unit-holders.
