PM Fasal Bima Yojana Expanded to Cover Wild Animal Damage, Water-Logging Losses
The Indian government has added two new types of crop damage coverage to its Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana.
Now, farmers will get money if their crops are damaged by wild animals or if they get too much water from heavy rain.
This should help farmers in areas where these things happen a lot.
The agriculture minister said farmers had asked for these changes for a long time, and the prime minister agreed to them.
