Assam Police Arrests ULFA-I Linkman, NIA Investigates IED Plot
Assam Police caught a person named Supritam Kaur who they think was helping the ULFA-I, a group that the government doesn't allow.
They think Kaur was giving important information to the group and also has connections to another group called NSCN.
The police are now asking Kaur questions to find out more about their connections.
This is related to a case where the NIA (National Investigation Agency) arrested people who were involved in planning bomb explosions by ULFA-I in Guwahati.
Assam Police arrested Supritam Kaur for allegedly acting as a linkman for the banned ULFA-I militant group.
Kaur is suspected to have links with the NSCN, another outlawed group.
The arrest occurred in Dimapur, with interrogations planned to uncover more connections.
