Trump UNGA address: Iran threats, wars, tariffs and global priorities

Donald Trump gave a speech at the United Nations General Assembly about conflicts and other world issues.

He said Iran should be isolated economically and warned that the United States could use overwhelming force.

Iran’s delegation left the room, and Iran’s parliament speaker said the country would not surrender.

Trump again said he helped end fighting between India and Pakistan, but India said the two countries handled the ceasefire directly.

He said Russia and Ukraine could soon end their war.

He also threatened very high tariffs on countries buying Russian oil and gas.

Trump discussed security in the Arctic, artificial intelligence, the United Nations and the International Criminal Court.

He called for stronger action against drug cartels and said he wanted major political change in Cuba.
