Plaster Collapse Reveals Cracks in 30-Year-Old Kausa Building

Some plaster fell from an older building in the Kausa area of Mumbra.

The building is called Nadkar Complex and has homes and shops.

This happened on Tuesday, August 18, at about 4 p.m.

Nobody was hurt.

City workers came to check whether the building was safe.

They found cracks in the walls and the columns that help hold up the building.

Officials classified the building as C-3, meaning repairs can be done while people remain inside.

The owners were told to make the repairs immediately.
