GRM Overseas Announces 2:1 Bonus Shares
GRM Overseas, a company in India, is giving its shareholders extra shares for free.
For every share you own, you'll get two more.
This is called a bonus share issue.
The company decided that on December 24, 2024, everyone who owns shares will get these extra shares.
The share price might look like it's dropping, but that's just because there are more shares now.
The company is also doing really well, with more money coming in and more profit than last year.
The extra shares will be added to your account on December 26, 2025.
GRM Overseas will issue 2 bonus shares for every 1 share owned, with a record date of December 24, 2024.
The share price dropped 1.36% to ₹166.20 on the record date, but this is a notional adjustment due to the bonus issue.
