KTR Urges Revanth to Resolve Sircilla JNTU Campus Delays
KT Rama Rao has asked Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to help a JNTU engineering college in Rajanna Sircilla district.
The college is waiting for a permanent campus in Mandepalli village.
The campus was approved in 2021, and land was set aside for it.
But construction has not started.
For now, the college uses a building in Agraharam.
Rama Rao says moving it to a private building could make things harder for students and staff.
He wants the government to provide the money and speed up construction.
He also wants the college to stay where it is until the new campus is ready.
KT Rama Rao appealed to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to address construction delays at JNTU Engineering College in Rajanna Sircilla district.
The permanent campus was sanctioned in 2021 with administrative approval of Rs 402 crore and 20 acres allocated in Mandepalli village.
Construction has not begun, and the college currently operates from a degree college building in Agraharam.
Rama Rao warned that moving the college to another private building would burden students, faculty, and administrative staff.
He asked the government to release funds, accelerate construction, and let the college remain in Agraharam until the new campus is ready.
