Samay Raina Criticizes YouTube’s New View Counting Update
Samay Raina is a comedian who makes videos online.
He said YouTube has changed how it counts views.
According to him, a view may now be counted when someone watches a video for only one second.
He believes this can make view numbers look bigger than the number of people who watched properly.
He compared views and likes on episodes of India’s Got Latent.
One episode had more views but fewer likes than an earlier episode.
Samay said he felt disappointed because he had celebrated high view numbers before.
The next episode is expected to include Rakhi Sawant.
