Fitness Trainer Shares Signs and Guidelines on Dehydration
A fitness trainer named Siddhartha Singh talked about how to stay hydrated.
He says that if you're tired, have dry skin, or dark pee, you might not be drinking enough water.
He explains that instead of the old rule of eight glasses a day, you should drink about 30-35 ml of water for every kilogram you weigh.
So, if you weigh 70 kg, you should aim for about 2.1-2.5 liters of water.
For most adults, 2-3 liters a day is a good start.
If you're working out, you might need to drink even more, especially if it's hot.
