Indian Yoga Teacher Sets Underwater Push-Up World Record
Kamal Kaloi is a yoga teacher from India who lives in Vietnam.
He trained for two years to hold his breath for a long time.
In October 2023, he dove into a pool and did 86 push-ups without taking another breath.
This broke the world record for the most underwater push-ups on one breath.
He says yoga helped him stay calm and strong, and he hopes to do even more next time.
Kamal Kaloi, 38, set a new Guinness World Record with 86 underwater push-ups on a single breath.
The record was achieved in October 2023 in Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Vietnam.
Kamal trained for two years, combining breath-holding endurance with calisthenics.
