Premium residential prices rise up to 28% across major cities
In the first half of 2026, the prices of premium homes in big Indian cities like Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram, and Bengaluru went up.
Mumbai saw a 10-15% increase, Noida saw a 4-28% increase, Gurugram saw up to a 2% increase, and Bengaluru saw a 3-11% increase.
This happened because building materials became more expensive due to higher oil prices and problems in getting supplies because of conflicts between countries.
People still want modern and well-connected homes, and the market is becoming more stable and focused on quality.
