MPPGCL Honors Best-Performing Thermal, Hydro Power Plants

The Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited (MPPGCL) gave awards to its best-performing thermal and hydro power plants.

The awards were given to encourage workers to do their best and to make the power plants more efficient.

The Amarkantak Thermal Power Station Chachai (ATPS) Unit No.

4 won the 'Longest Running Power House Award' for running continuously for 482 days.

The Sarni-Satpura Thermal Power Station, Sarni (STPS) won the 'Best Power Station Complex Award' for its overall performance.

The Singaji Thermal Power Station, Khandwa’s (SSTPS) fire brigade won the 'Best Fire Brigade Award' for their quick response and safety efforts.

The awards include cash prizes and shields, which will be used for community facilities and employee welfare.
