The Dalai Lama came back to his home in Dharamshala on Friday morning.

He had been visiting Ladakh for more than two months.

People met him at Gaggal airport when he arrived.

Traditional dancers performed to welcome him.

Many Tibetans and other well-wishers stood along the road to greet him.

They carried flowers, incense and white scarves.

Officials, monks and devotees also gathered near his residence.

In Ladakh, he gave teachings and joined several religious and public events.
