Pakistan Faces Financial Risk Over Asia Cup Pullout Threat
Pakistan might pull out of the Asia Cup cricket tournament.
Doing so could cost them around $12 to $16 million, a big chunk of their money.
They are unhappy with the match referee, Andy Pycroft, and are considering this action.
The tournament generates money from things like TV deals and sponsorships.
Pulling out would mean a big loss, especially since the broadcaster has made a large investment.
The head of the Pakistani cricket board might face criticism if they withdraw.
Pakistan is considering withdrawing from the Asia Cup.
Withdrawal could cost Pakistan between $12 and $16 million.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) earns a portion of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC)'s yearly earnings.
