Raiders Face Patriots in Week 1 with Contrasting Injury Situations

The Las Vegas Raiders are playing the New England Patriots in their first game of the 2025 NFL season.

The Raiders are in good shape, with all their players healthy.

However, the Patriots are dealing with injuries.

A key player, Christian Gonzalez, will miss the game due to a hamstring injury.

Also, rookie left tackle Will Campbell is doubtful because of an ankle injury.

This means the Patriots' defense and offensive line might be weaker than usual.

The Raiders' quarterback, Kenny Pickett, is healthy, which gives them an advantage.

The Raiders will be able to use their full strength while Patriots will need to rely on backups.
