IIT Madras Begins FACE Scheme for Arts and Culture Admissions
IIT Madras is now letting students in through a special program called FACE if they are good at art and culture.
This year, they admitted nine students for the first time.
Each program has two spots for FACE students: one for girls and one for anyone.
If you want to apply through FACE, you must have chosen to be treated as an Indian national during the JEE Advanced 2025 registration and then applied through a special website.
The program helps students who are excellent in art and culture get into IIT Madras.
IIT Madras admits students through Fine Arts and Culture Excellence (FACE) scheme.
Nine students were admitted to BTech programs via FACE for the first time.
Two seats per BTech/BS program are allocated under FACE: one for females, one gender-neutral.
Candidates who opted for Indian national treatment in JEE Advanced 2025 could apply.
The program rewards and encourages students excelling in fine arts and culture.
