Congress MLA Challenges Bail Denial in Murder Case
A Congress MLA named Vinay Kulkarni is in trouble for being involved in the murder of a BJP worker named Yogesh Gowda back in 2016.
The MLA was arrested in 2020 and has been in jail since 2025.
He asked the court to let him out on bail, but the court said no.
Now, he is asking a higher court to change that decision.
The higher court will decide on December 18.
The MLA's lawyers say that most of the people who saw what happened are not helping the case, so he should be let out.
The police are still investigating and will give their answer later.
