Many big investors, like foreign investors and financial companies, were interested in giving this money.

The money will be used to pay back some debts and to help Vodafone Idea improve its network and services.

The company's CEO said this shows that investors believe in their plans.

Vodafone Idea is also talking to banks about more long-term loans to support their plans to spend a lot of money on improving their network.

The company has a lot of debts, especially to the government, but they are also making some money and have many customers.
