Kerala Police Launch Operation Rakshitha for Women's Train Safety

Imagine you're on a train and want to feel safe, especially if you're a woman.

The police in Kerala have started a special mission called 'Operation Rakshitha' to make sure women passengers feel secure on trains and at stations.

They are having police officers, including women officers, patrol more often on trains and platforms.

This is happening because of a recent scary event where a woman was hurt by someone on a train.

The police want to stop bad behavior like drinking too much, selling drugs, or being mean to women.

If you see anything strange or someone acting suspicious, you can tell a police officer or call special numbers to report it.

They hope this operation will make everyone feel safer when they travel by train.
