Jagan Mohan Reddy Arrives in Visakhapatnam to Meet Jail Prisoner
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, a former chief minister, went to Visakhapatnam and then to a jail in Srikakulam.
He will talk with a former minister named Seediri Appalaraju at the jail between 2 and 3 in the afternoon.
The police let him meet the former minister but said he could not hold a rally or speak to the public.
