Veranda Learning Names Board Ahead of Commerce Demerger
Veranda Learning is creating a separate company for its commerce education business.
It announced the new company’s board on October 5, 2026.
The company, called J.K. Shah Commerce Education Limited, will bring five education brands together.
J.K. Shah will lead the board and serve as managing director.
Four independent directors will also serve on the board.
The demerger record date is October 6, 2026.
Eligible Veranda Learning shareholders are expected to receive shares in the new company under an approved arrangement.
JSCEL plans to list its shares on two Indian stock exchanges, if regulators approve.
