Teen Suspect Arrested After Valley Fair Mall Shooting

A teen suspect with alleged gang ties was arrested after a shooting at Valley Fair Mall during Black Friday.

The suspect was identified using automated license plate readers and surveillance footage.

He was found at a local residence wearing black Levi's and a gray sweatshirt, with his hands bound.

A woman helped him escape by pushing a stroller with an unrelated baby inside.

Three people were injured, but their injuries were not life-threatening.

The suspect and the woman will face serious charges at their arraignment on Wednesday.
