Infosys Q1FY27 Preview: Growth Aided by Acquisitions
Infosys, a big IT company, is going to share its results for the first three months of the year 2027 (called Q1FY27) on July 23, 2026.
Experts think the company will make a bit more money than last time, helped by some new companies they bought.
They expect the money Infosys makes to grow by about 2-2.2% compared to the last three months, and the profit to be between ₹8,049 crore and ₹8,173 crore.
However, the profit might be a bit less than last time, but still more than the same time last year.
The company is also expected to get some extra money from the new companies they bought, like Optimum Healthcare IT and Stratus.
Some experts think the company might change its predictions for the whole year, with different opinions on how much the money will grow.
The company's work in the US banking and finance area is expected to do well, but some other areas might not do as well because of problems with specific clients.
Infosys to announce Q1FY27 results on July 23, 2026 with projected revenue of ₹48,086 crore to ₹48,659 crore.
Sequential constant currency growth expected at 2–2.2%, with year-on-year growth of 13.7–14.9%.
Net profit projected at ₹8,049 crore to ₹8,173 crore, reflecting a sequential decline but year-on-year growth.
Operating margins expected to improve by 20–40 bps to 21.2–21.4% due to cost efficiencies and acquisitions.
Brokerages divided on guidance, with estimates ranging from 1.5–3% to 2–4% year-on-year growth.
